How I use the Pill Tube
It isn't always obvious, is it. I've modified Jere's method slightly, but you should read about what he does first. It opens a brand new window, so you won't lose your place.
I have no need of a slit in the 35mm film tube to accommodate a frenulum, because mine is absent, stolen. If you have a frenulum, cut the slot Jere describes. You'll need it.
- I take a one inch wide roll of micropore tape and stick it sticky side down, onto the outside of the tube, sticking the tape firmly for half its width to the tube at the open edge of the tube (the cut and sanded edge), and folding the other half back towards the open edge of the tube
- I stick the tape in this manner circumferentially around the tube until I overlap my start point, then cut and firm into place. This gives me a tube with a sticky end.
- I insert my glans into the end of the tube so that the tube contains the entire corona, the ridge, and the corona is parallel to the cut end of the tube.
- I don't use moisturiser to help insert the glans into the tube, because moisturiser interferes with the glue on the tape unless you are very careful with it, so I insert the glans dry.
- I roll the shaft skin onto the sticky tape, firming it into place. Warmth makes the skin bond with the tape.
- I take fresh micropore tape and aim to put a circumferential "bandage" around the skin/tube combination, 50% on the skin, 50% on the tube. The skin is thus trapped between two sticky surfaces and is unlikely to come unstuck under pressure.
- I use a substantial rolled wad of cotton wool, rolled to the same diameter as the tube and approximately the same rolled length as the length of the tube, put any good moisturiser on one end and insert that end into the open end of the tube.
- I put the cap on the tube, using pressure if necessary, and wait for ten minutes for the system to relax into place
- I take a mansize Kleenexe, and fold it so the resultant product is one inch wide, and one Kleenexe long, and fold it firmly
- Starting at one end of the Kleenexe folded strip I roll it tightly. This will fit inside the tube, but only just.
- I uncap the tube and force the cotton wool deep inside with fingers. The glans drops back out of the tube into a skin tunnel under pressure.
- Using sufficient force not to hurt I insert the rolled Kleenexe wad and force the cap back onto the tube. Discomfort follows for a few short minutes.
- The glans is now pressed firmly back into a skin tunnel, and constant pressure is maintained on the skin I am forcing to grow.
- As the day progresses I find I am able to add small wads of toilet tissue with each pee break, to increase the pressure. Often I can replace these at the end of the day with a second rolled Kleenexe
- I untape, usually in a bath to make the exercise easier, wash carefully and moisturise for the night.
So far I have not required any extra tension. In fact I think I would rip the skin if I added more.
