Chapter 22

I don't know how I could forget to write about Matt and me at the pond; it must have been because the GSA club was on my mind. Matt and I had awesome sex out at the pond before I came home and began my research on the GSA. He was like an aggressive animal. It's usually me who is the more aggressive one. He and I fucked in the pond for the first time. Matt wanted to try something new and I'm always game for anything. I gave him a hard time about not being romantic because I know he's sensitive about that, and he played right along.

I faced him so that he could fuck me from the front and I could ride his cock in the water. It was awesome. He grabbed my butt cheeks and held on tight while I put my arms around his neck trying to help him bounce me up and down on his cock. Having him tell me what position he wanted to try was unexpected because I'm always the one who kind of decides what position we'll use. I'm not sure why I never thought of that one before. We decided we'd have to do it more often. I remember thinking later on how hot it would be for Matt fucking me in the missionary position on the bed and then have him pick me up and slam me against the wall as he drove deeper into me. He's bigger and stronger than me and I knew he could do it.

Anyway, he was gripping my ass checks and he's moaning while I held onto his neck and pulled his mouth to mine for a deep kiss, our tongues circling each other and my harder than normal cock pressing against his stomach. It was ecstasy except that Matt was so hot and horny that he had come right away. We still hadn't been tested so he had a condom on and I couldn't help but think how hot it would be if I could feel his warm cum shoot into my ass. But I had to settle for the warm cum in the condom. It was still hot though.

He finished me off and after a short time talking we did it one more time in the pond and then once on the blanket. The second time in the pond was longer and slower and awesome. I wanted to eat him as we kissed and I felt my dick going up and down on his stomach which made me come.

The coolness of the water, his hands on my ass, our mouths locked, and him in my ass made me feel closer to him than I'd ever felt before. I know Matt and I often talk about loving each other, but I have to tell you, I felt more love for him that day than I ever had. Maybe it was just the sex. But it was probably more than that. We were at the pond that used to be our place before I made the mistake of bringing other kids there when we were freshman. But the number of kids who used to come had dwindled now that everyone could drive. And of course it was still early spring.

It may have had something to do with Dillon too. He and I had sex there often. The first time I was fucked was with Dillon there at the pond. So maybe it was a mix of anger at Dillon and love for Matt that caused all the emotion in me. But no matter what it was, I knew that someday I had to get Matt to see me as more than just a friend with benefits.

Andy, Emily, Thomas, Gina, and Ollie were so excited about forming the GSA that they wanted me to help them recruit members. I was hesitant. So were Alan and Ernie. They called me a coward and they were right, so I finally decided that if I was going to be a leader, then I needed to get off my ass and be one.

Andy put a note in the bulletin announcing an organizational meeting the day after they'd met with Mr. Lynch for the second time. Bulletins were always posted on the bulletin boards in the hallways and in the classrooms as well as read over the intercom during second period. My heart was pounding as a student read each item. We were the fifth announcement in the bulletin, and it seemed like it took forever before he got to it.

"Five. The first organizational meeting of the Gay Straight Alliance will be held in room 220 during lunch. All students are welcome. Let me repeat. The meeting will be held in room 220 today at lunchtime. All students are welcome."

A few heads turned toward me and then spun back around.

Our whole gang went to room 220 as soon as third period ended. Everyone looked nervous.

"I wonder how many will come?" Gina asked.

Andy shrugged. "I don't know, but I sure hope it more than just us."

The door opened and I felt a spark of hope, but it was just Jackass Barnes and a couple other guys who stuck their heads in the door. Barnes grinned. "Same fags as usual. I think maybe me and my friends will stand at the door and see who all the fags are at this school."

Andy got up and rushed at Barnes, who stepped back. "Get your ass out of here Barnes and go to your snake hole with your friends."

"Are you going to make me?"

"If I have to."

Fortunately, Mr. Lynch came up behind Barnes and his cronies. "Is there something wrong here that I should be made aware of?"

Barnes got meek. "No, Mr. Lynch. We just stopped by."

Lynch smiled. "You're welcome to join. I see the signup sheet on the front desk. Would you like me to get it for you?"

"No, that's alright, Mr. Lynch. We're headed to lunch."

"Have a nice day."

Andy sat back down as Mr. Lynch went to the front and sat at the teacher's desk. Room 220 was the place where meetings were held, but it also served as a classroom for two periods during the day.

"Well, I thought I'd come by and see how many potential members you're going to get."

We all said "thanks" in unison.

After five minutes of waiting, the door finally opened and two guys walked in the door. One was a little on the chubby side and the other thin as a rail. The thin one looked somewhat doubtful. "Is this where the GSA meeting is?"

Andy nodded. "Yes." He got up and handed them the signup sheet which already had all our names on it. They signed it and sat down.

It was tense at first but within twenty minutes we had a total of seventeen in the club. Nine new people signed up. Of course we didn't have any idea at the time what their orientation was, but I listed them here since Andy still has the original signup sheet.

Jason Settles (gay), Jimmy Brown (straight), Brad Murphy (gay) Carla Roberts (cheerleader-straight) Ben Rodriguez (straight) Sarah Jane Foster (lesbian) Christopher Ellis (bi) George Estes (gay) Molly Boyle (straight)

For some reason I expected lesbians to come in together, but only one of our initial members was lesbian. We were pleased with the diversity of the club. Having a number of straight students strengthened our cause. I'd hoped to see a few other athletes join, but there wasn't anyone but Andy and me.

The new members looked around at each other as if they were trying to decide who was what. There was an eerie quiet in the room as everyone looked around to get a feel for what they'd gotten themselves into.

Andy got up with the list and faced the group. "Welcome. We have a total of seventeen brave and courageous members. It's not important that we know your orientation. What is important is that we are here to support each other. You probably already know that Thomas and I are gay. That's no secret. But in the end, it shouldn't make any difference…" He paused. "The one big task we have before us is to go to the school board meeting and make sure they will allow our club on campus. We have no idea what the board's position is, but we'll soon find out. The meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday and we're on the agenda. All of us need to be there to plead our case." Andy turned toward Mr. Lynch. "Mr. Lynch is going to be our advisor and he will be there because he believes in what we're doing."

There was some noise out in the hall. You could hear shouting. Mr. Lynch went to the door and swung it open. There were what looked like fifteen or so students who were carrying signs printed on binder paper that they held to their chests that read "NO GSA." At least they had the decency to avoid saying "NO FAGS." The students chanted the same words. "No GSA. No GSA." Of course Barnes and his cronies weren't there because they like to stir up their shit in private.

Mr. Lynch stepped into the halls as our regular lunch group of seven followed behind him. The others remained in their seats with their heads down and backs toward the door. There were a couple parents in the group who were known for their religious right connections. Their children evidently contacted them between classes and a quick demonstration was organized. That must have been why they used binder paper instead of carrying placards. I couldn't believe how fast they organized their protest.

Mr. Lynch raised his voice. "This is an illegal demonstration. No demonstrations are allowed in the school. They must be done outside the school building."

One student, a nice looking guy, who was dressed all preppy, said, "We follow God's rules, not man's."

"Either disperse or I'm calling security."

They ignored him. Mr. Lynch pulled out his walkie-talkie. "Security, please come to room two-two-oh."

Principal Evans came running, along with Dax and two other security guys.

Mr. Evans tried reasoning with them. "You need to leave. You can demonstrate in front of the school or you can attend the school board meeting this coming Tuesday and express your concerns there."

That seemed to calm the group and they slowly moved out to the front of the school chanting "No GSA" on their way out.

We went back into the room and tried to continue where we left off, but a look of fear stretched across everyone's face.

Mr. Lynch took control. "You can see what you're up against. But don't let it discourage you. By time you get to be my age you'll discover that change is always hard and none would take place if it wasn't for courageous people like yourselves. Eventually, you'll win if you stay strong and don't give up. I'm sure there are a lot of other students who are willing to join but don't have the courage you do. So hang in there." He turned to Andy.

Andy stood in front of the group and glanced at Lynch. "Thank you Mr. Lynch. It's good having you on our side." He turned back to the group. "Everything Mr. Lynch said is true. So don't give up. I can't say don't be afraid because I'm afraid, and I know you must be too. We're all afraid. But we'll succeed if we hang together. It's better than hanging alone."

A few smiles passed through the room.

Emily stood. "I'm straight. But I believe in what Andy and the rest of us are trying to do. There's strength in numbers, so if you know anyone who might be willing to show the same courage as the rest of us, bring them to the next meeting." She looked at Andy. " How 'bout we meet on Monday, the day before the board meeting?"

Andy nodded in agreement as the bell rang. I couldn't help but wonder how many of the new members would show up for the next meeting. Hell, I wasn't sure if I was going to show up for the next meeting.

We got seventeen members. I couldn't believe it. Of course those religious right assholes gathered like locusts within hours of the announcement. That would have never happened before cell phones were invented. Our group looked a bit shaky after the demonstrators showed up in the halls. Just like Matt, I wondered how many members would return. But on the positive side, we hoped they would bring more students with them.

We didn't quite know what was going on between Thomas and Ollie. Ollie hinted enough times about having sex with guys or girls, so who knew. He and Thomas met under the elm tree for lunch and they wouldn't tell us what they talked about. Maybe Thomas decided that I wasn't right for him and Matt was only interested in a friend with benefits. Thomas was more of a romantic that the rest of us. Although I always liked to think of myself as a romantic, but like they say, it takes two to tango. Matt was my best bet for romance and that sure wasn't going to happen any time soon.

So given that, we decided to go to the Outback, have dinner, and get Derrick's phone number. Now you need to understand. Matt and I had already been through a lot of shit with Dillon. He used us. But we were older and wiser now, and it was our intent to use Derrick for our pleasure as well as his. It had been a long time since we had a threesome and having a private place like his apartment sounded like a great idea to us. Yes, we were two horny dudes and I'd have never expected Matt, of all people, to be game for this kind of shit. But he was.

We made sure to sit in Derrick's section. He smiled when he approached our table. "Ah, good to see you two again. Looks like you must have kissed and made up." He glanced at Matt. "I was waiting for your call." He paused, bent down, and whispered. "Well, I did get a call from some asshole who told me to go fuck myself."

I tapped Derrick on the wrist. "That was me."

"Ah, I see. A little jealousy maybe?"

"No a little shortsightedness."

"I see. Your friend seemed so sad I just wanted to help."

I gave him a broad smile. "Yeah, sure."

Derrick stood straight with his order pad. "So what can I get you?"

Matt looked at him. "We want your phone number."

"Interesting order. Best in the house," Derrick replied. "Let me get that for you." He must have gotten more organized since last time because he pulled out an index card with his name and phone number already on it and handed it to Matt.

I couldn't help it. "What are you, a gigolo or something?"

"No, just like to make sure I'm prepared. You know the Boy Scout motto, 'Be prepared?'"

I pressed my foot against his. "Are you a Boy Scout?"

"No, but I scout for boys like you."

The manager came over. "What's taking so long?"

"They're just giving me their order."

"Well, hurry up."

"Okay." The manager walked off. "Are you guys going to order something or did you just come to get my phone number?"

"Both," Matt said.

He took our orders. Matt and I talked about the GSA, what we had planned for Derrick, and finished our meal without an argument.

Derrick brought the bill. "I'll be waiting for your call."

I motioned for him to bend down. "No need to call. Just tell us where and when."

"Does that mean both of you?"

"Hot!" he said as he reached into this pocket. How 'bout Saturday afternoon, say around one. I prefer evenings, but I have to work. He looked at Matt. "Give me the card." He took the card and wrote his address on it. He did have an apartment. "I live there by myself most of the time…I have to get back to work before the manager gets on me again. See you Saturday." He turned and left.

Matt and I looked at each other with big smiles on our faces. "This is going to be hot," I said.

"Yeah, as long as he isn't some serial killer."

"What are the chances of that?"

Matt combed his hand through his hair. "Hell if I know. But we'd better be cautious."

"You worry too much."

"Don't forget Dillon."

"How could I? All we have to do is make sure he doesn't do anything kinky like tie us up or something. We shouldn't drink or eat anything either. Well, we can eat each other."

"Good idea. That way he can't poison us and tie us up and cut our dicks off."

I shook my head. "Damn, Matt. How often have you ever heard of anyone cutting someone's dick off."

"Once or twice maybe." He paused. "What do we do if there are other guys there besides him?"

I rubbed my index finger under my nose. "I hadn't thought of that. If there are other guys there, we should just turn around and leave. After all, it's an apartment complex and people would hear our screams if they chased after us."

"Sounds good. But to be honest, he doesn't impress me as that type. My only concern is that he has those damn index cards in his pocket. Seems suspicious."

I pulled on my earlobe. "I agree, but I guess he's into guys like us and wants to be prepared. After all, there aren't a lot of gay guys our age to choose from. We're sixteen and not fourteen so we're sure as hell not going to report him for rape. Our parents wouldn't either. They know we're having sex. "

"I suppose you're right, but we better be cautious."

"I agree."

Andy and I had to be stupid. We agreed to get together with Derrick on Saturday at his apartment, and I couldn't help but wonder if he could be trusted. But we figured that if he was an okay guy, it was going to be hot. He looked good in his work clothes so we figured he was going to look even better without them. Derrick had a narrow waist, a flat stomach, and a broad chest and shoulders. What made it even better was that he was four or five years older than Dillon and he was a real man and no longer a boy. We figured he'd really know what he was doing. It felt safer knowing Andy was going to be there. The thing is most gay guys are not perverts. But then this guy was twenty-two and we were sixteen. I wondered if Andy and I would be doing the same thing when we were twenty-two. Terrible thought. Derrick had a needy look about him as if he was about to begin salivating when he knew there'd be two of us joining him for a hot threesome afternoon.

To be honest, I was looking for some relief from the stress of forming the GSA club. We had another meeting on Monday and then the school board meeting on Tuesday. I needed some relaxation and something to get my mind off all of it. The school was also getting ready to hold class and student body elections. I'd decided to run for junior class president. A win seemed unlikely with all this other stuff going on, but I'd wanted this for a long time and even though I'd resigned my office as sophomore class president, I'd done it for the right reasons. Now that we were out of the news and after talking to Thomas, I decided I needed to get back on track.

But spending a Saturday afternoon with Derrick sure wasn't what I'd call getting back on track, but I wanted it. Who'd have ever thought that the day Andy tried to seduce me with his twelve-step seduction, that I, Matt Spence, would become one horny guy looking for other horny guys. Hell, I pushed Andy away and went home rather than be seduced. But then there was Dillon trying to rape me and I got a small taste of guy sex. So there I was tied in knots mostly of my own making. I couldn't help but wonder if my whole life was going to be like that.
