Campaign for UK Gay Marriage
The Daily Telegraph is an influential, right of centre, United Kingdom national daily broadsheet newspaper with a substantial circulation. It is politically aligned witht the Conservative Party, and is not known for positive views to less than "orthodox" members of the community.
In today's edition, Wednesday, September 27th, 2000, on the main editorial page, is an article by journalist Tom Utley. It is against same sex marriage. The article is here for you to read. It's large, so be patient. The bottom of the page says: "Views about articles on this page can be sent to dtcomment@telegraph.co.uk.

If, like me, you feel that this journalist, this newspaper, needs to know exactly the depth of feeling in favour of gay men and women and their partners having the same rights as non-gay couples, write to dtcomment@telegraph.co.uk now. Argue your case well. This isn't a trashy paper that will succumb to insults.
Then do something else. Send this page to as many of your friends as you can. Ask them to write as well. Click here, the email is ready to add your own personal message.
